Moving away from the industrial era and into the information or knowledge era, organisations that will be the most successful will be those who are armed with ample information. Not only the types of information that are accessible on the internet and in books but the kind of information that is generated by their employees, as a result of collaboration, interaction and communication.
However, if this knowledge is not drawn out into the open and shared between team members and departments it is a very valuable, wasted asset. This workshop explores Organisational Intelligence and how to create cultures that promote and enhance knowledge sharing in and across organisations.
This workshop is for managers and leaders that drive business outcomes and are in pursuit of performance innovation and problem-solving by gaining more insight into what employees think. This workshop will also explore methods of improving workplace culture and communication and therefore it will benefit anyone who would like to address these elements in their organisation.
